1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TheBestDJ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

TheBestDJ provides a platform for DJs, venues, and audiences to interact through real-time feedback, analytics, and data-driven rankings.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

  • •Audience: Free access to HeyDJ features
  • •DJ: Subscription required for DJ Pulse Pro features
  • •Venue: Subscription required for DJ Score advanced features

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Violate any laws or regulations
  • •Impersonate any person or entity
  • •Interfere with the service's operation
  • •Upload malicious code or viruses
  • •Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • •Manipulate votes or rankings

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5.2 Tips

Tips sent through the platform are subject to a 10% payment processing fee (card processing, payment gateways, and transfers). DJs receive 90% of each tip directly to their account. Tips are non-refundable.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TheBestDJ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute it as necessary to provide the service.

7.2 Content Standards

User content must not:

  • •Contain illegal or offensive material
  • •Violate intellectual property rights
  • •Contain malware or viruses

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBestDJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
