The service connects DJs, venues and audiences through QR song requests, voting, tips, ratings and analytics.

Terms of use

Accessing the website means accepting this notice, the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. You agree to use it lawfully, without disrupting it or manipulating votes, rankings or ratings.

Intellectual and industrial property

The software, design, trademarks and original content of the site belong to CODELABS STUDIO, S.L. or its licensors. Song titles, artists and artwork come from the Spotify and Apple catalogues and belong to their owners.

Liability

CODELABS STUDIO, S.L. is not liable for service interruptions due to causes beyond its control or for the content of linked third-party sites. Ratings and comments that users leave to a DJ are the opinions of their authors; they are moderated to filter harassment, hate or threats.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you use the site as a business or professional, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga (Spain). If you are a consumer, the competent courts are those determined by the mandatory consumer protection legislation (generally, those of your place of residence), and the courts of Málaga only where the law allows it.
